Dangerous Water Adventures offers Three Unique Routes
The Route of Pioneers
Seattle, Washington - Ketchikan, Alaska 10-Day Adventure 1000 Miles
This route is the longest of the three offered by Dangerous Water Adventures. Expedition members meet in a small suburb of Seattle, Washington departing into the beautiful waters of Puget Sound. The journey from here takes us north over 800 miles into the remote "Great Bear Wilderness" passing through the amazing Canadian Inside Passage and arriving in the small town of Ketchikan, Alaska.
Ketchikan, Alaska - Juneau, Alaska 7-Day Adventure 500 Miles
Many of our explorers return to complete their adventure north by departing Ketchikan and heading into the great waster passages of Alaska! This route offers an experience like nothing you have ever seen before! A Dangerous Water Adventure takes you into remote, narrow passages teeming with Orca, Humpback Whales, Stellar Sea Lions, and a variety of other marine life. Our expeditions also take adventurers into the glorious Le Conte Tide Water Glacier, an experience that will leave you breathless.
